Shaanxi, a province located in the north-western region of China, has served as a political, economic and cultural hub for several dynasties and is considered one of the cradles of Chinese civilization. While being rich with culture, the Shaanxi province also boasts some of the richest flavours across China. With savoury meats, such as the Chinese burgers or Roujiamo, and exclusive noodle dishes, such as Liangpi and hand-ripped Biángbiáng noodles, Shaanxi cuisine is home to some of the most uniquely flavourful and timeless foods.
